Yin
Yin is a slow, still and meditative practice using long holds of 3-5 minutes to create space in the joints and connective tissues.
Using props to support the body, you can safely surrender and relax to release tension working to support the flow of Chi throughout the body.
The perfect antidote to a busy life, you'll leave feeling completely zen.

Vinyasa  / Slow Flow

A Hatha inspired series of sun salutations and strengthening, lengthening asana.
A slower pace provides the perfect opportunity to look inwards and focus on our body, alignment and breath. Slow & steady and a little bit sweaty.

Yang to Yin
We warm up the body with a vinyasa flow coming to stillness in Yin and ending with a meditation, you'll feel nourished in body and mind.
