1-2-1 Private Yoga
Private yoga classes are a wonderful way to deepen and explore your practice, with each session being tailored to your needs.
Whether you want to learn the fundamentals of yoga such as breath exercises, meditation and physical asana.
I am also able to offer sessions that support those with a cancer diagnosis and long term conditions such as chronic fatigue, burnout and long-covid
