Yoga practices can help alleviate the physical tension that builds in the body after long periods of standing or sitting at a desk. I offer one-off workshop style sessions (popular for wellbeing weeks) & weekly classes. Sessions can be mat or chair based at a time to suit your team. Private Yoga
Private yoga classes are a wonderful way to deepen and explore your practice, with each session being tailored to your needs. Back to basics or enhancing what you know - sessions to learn or deepen knowledge of the fundamentals of yoga such as breath exercises (pranayama), meditation or physical asana. Offering support to those with a cancer diagnosis (on and off chemo sessions) and other long term conditions such as Chronic Fatigue, burnout and Long-Covid |
